Position Purpose

The HR Analyst/Researcher will conduct research, identify trends, drive and support current systems and reports. This position will report to the Senior HR Director and will support the HR team in creating project outlines and working cross functionally on various projects. Projects may include ATS implementation and LMS and other attributes that are critical in delivering an optimal employee experience. This individual will be responsible for managing the social media platforms for the HR Department.

Essential Functions
  • Possess thorough knowledge of applicable Federal, State and local employment laws, HR operating procedures and best practices.
  • Work on additional implementation of the HRIS system modules and work with teams to learn business processes that are needed to help with a successful implementation process across the company
  • Serves as the focal point for processing and submitting HR transactions, including separations, transfers and promotions.
  • Collects data, prepares and maintains related statistics and reports utilizing HR information systems for HR initiatives and projects.
  • Create, maintain, and distribute a variety of system usage and statistical reports.
  • Ensure data integrity by developing and performing system audit procedures. Audit user inputted data to ensure compliance and to monitor data integrity.
  • Assists with business analysis to provide appropriate data recommendations to drive business decisions
  • Continuously looks for ways to leverage HR and enterprise data to identify potential growth opportunities and/or operational excellence
  • Prepares complex presentations, documents and spreadsheets utilizing MS Office Products.
  • Handle all other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business or a related field. 
  • Two years of previous experience in an HRIS focused role. 
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Previous experience working with HRIS, ERP and BI data systems
  • Previous experience implementing HRIS, ATS and LMS systems
  • Unrivaled attention to detail with high quality work
  • Ability to work with a team with tact and diplomacy
  • Maintain strong confidentiality
  • Flexibility, multi-tasking, excellent judgment, attention to detail and follow through are required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a non-profit, healthcare setting, multi-site organization highly desired
